Skanderbeg Square, Tirana
Tirana may be one of Europe's least visited capital cities, but the combination of Ottoman heritage and communist buildings make for an interesting combination of architecture. When I visited on a hot summer day, the climate on the huge square was quite comfortable, thanks to numerous the fountains.
